All of our guides are working on Mount Elbrus not for the first year. No matter how hard you feel on the mountain, no matter which question or problem arose – you can always rely on their help and support.

She is committed to both mountaineering and rock climbing. When the guiding season in the mountains is off, Ksenia works in a Moscow climbing centre, conducting rock-climbing classes for children.
Also, she loves skyrunning and takes part in skyrunning competitions. Anyone who has ever climbed a mountain with Ksenia wants to climb with her again.
This is a very professional guide with huge experience of guiding on Elbrus and everywhere around the world. He speaks perfect English, and his briefings are always clear and precise.
Photography is another passion of his, along with mountains. The outstanding pictures of Elbrus on his social media will remind you of those amazing days spent together.
Eugene has a great sense of humor, though he is very serious about safety matters.
This girl loves mountains and loves people. That's why she is working as a cook at our hut at 3800m on the north side of Mount Elbrus.
She is enjoying her every working day seeing the sunrises and sunsets together with the climbers, encouraging them, rejoicing at their success together.
She loves horse riding and parachute jumping. In winter, when the climbing season on Elbrus is over, she works as a ski instructor at a children’s riding school in Sochi.
Sergey used to work as an ambulance doctor and he has a huge experience of treating acute conditions of different nature. This helps him a lot in his work in a hut at 3800m on the north side of Elbrus.
He can relieve acute mountain sickness, treat pulmonary and cerebral edemas, intestinal infections, cold-related diseases, sunburns, and do surgery. Last summer, for example, he stitched up a neck wound after a guy had fallen onto an ice-axe.
He has all necessary medications and tools for providing first aid. Besides being a great professional, Sergey is a very kind and tender person.

Misha is a very experienced mountaineer. He has climbed many mountains in Caucasus, the Pamirs, Tien Shan, Crimea, the Himalayas and the Alps. He was given the title of Snow Leopard of the USSR for climbing five 7000-ers in the Pamir and Tien Shan mountains.
He is a calm, patient, smart person with variety of hobbies. Between the climbing seasons Misha bakes a home-made bread for a local restaurant in his home city of Rostov-on-Don and gives baking master classes.
Photography is another sphere of interest of this many-sided person, and if you are lucky enough to have him as a guide, you will enjoy beautiful and inspiring pictures on his social media after your climb.
